Yup! RAW is ever more rampant, spreading like a happy rash around the world and there has never been more bright and inspiring info on the good, the true and the beautiful.

Recently I listened to Viktoras Kulvinskas on the Raw Vegan Radio- thanks to Suki Zoe of www.qito.co.uk who writes one of the best blogs on the internet a la RAW and all things related. It made me realise how much enthusiasm is a food in itself- to hear him was so uplifting. Viktoras pioneered so many raw food processes that current 'cool' raw takes for granted. Nature, of course, is the true star. Without her, we would not be here. We're blessed by her with the Raw goods with which to innovate, but often food picked fresh from the earth has got all you could ever dream of in terms of taste and vitality. Recently I've been cat and chicken caring ( no they don't eat the chickens or their eggs) in a Mrs Tiggywinkles cottage out in the almost of nowhere.....and three steps from the front doorstep that looks out over stunning, unbroken landscape are breakfast ,lunch and supper, more or less free. Wealth comes in an abundance of ways..........this

belongs to every one. We will be posting the imminent and delightful that we hear of- and there is a page for you to post whatever you want to too- in the trust that is relevant. Pass it on to whoever! So enjoy, and have a radiant summer, even when it's soggy!
